Please read these Terms of Use carefully. These Terms of Use govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care.
Use of Site
You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services. No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of this website is authorized or permitted.
You are solely responsible for your use of purchased materials in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. By placing an order on this website, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. to produce the products on your behalf.
You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.
Quotations/Estimates
Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates are good for 30 days. An estimate not accepted within 30 days may be subject to change
Payment Terms
All orders must be prepaid.
Orders
DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans.
The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. for printing and/or publication. By uploading an order, sending it through e-mail or mailing/delivering a disk, you understand that the file which is sent to DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. will be the file DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. will print from. DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. is NOT responsible for printing files that may contain low resolution images in it.
Cancellations
Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. Due to the speed of our turnaround, you may only cancel a job by 6pm on the same business day you place your order (via e-mail). A minimum charge of $25 is applied to jobs canceled before our evening cutoff time of 5pm.
No credits will be given for orders cancelled after 6pm of the same business day the order was placed. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds
Once an order is placed on our website for production, and the daily cut-off time has passed there are no refunds.
Accuracy of Specifications
Pricing is based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. will make appropriate adjustments to pricing if the art does not conform to the information on which the original order was based.
Proofs
When requested by the customer, DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. will produce proofs for the customer's review and approval. Until the proof is returned, no additional work will be performed.
As a result of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a "pleasing color" variation between color proofs and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.

Claims
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 48 Hours after delivery. If no such claim is made, DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
Workmanship Guarantee
DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. shall not be held responsible for the following issues which may occur during our production process: variation in color, offset (smudges), cutting variations, marking, picking, etc. With "gang run" style printing it is possible that all printed materials may be trimmed by 1/16th of an inch undersized on all sides (please address all art appropriately).
Billing/Promotional Pricing
Your credit card bill will read " DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc..” On a monthly basis we may offer special pricing. Special pricing is subject to change without notice and may be withdrawn at anytime using our sole discretion. Likewise, DEB Printing & Graphics, Inc. reserves the right to deny promotional discounts or special pricing should we deem that the job doesn't fall within the specifications.
